On November 25th—just in time for November 26th—the DELUXE EDITION
of Feist's album THE REMINDER will be coming to stores (real and
imagined). It won't be shelved (and by this I mean placed on shelves,
not stored away) until December 2nd, but the digital version will be
available in the 11th month, on the 25th day (as above).
THE REMINDER: DELUXE EDITION features remixes and duets (including Islands In The Stream with Constantines' Bry Webb), as well as a second enhanced CD with exclusive video material (think Honey, Honey). If you already own THE REMINDER, the nine tracks featured on the second disc will be available digitally as THE REMINDER: BONUS CONTENT. This will go on sale separately as a digital download at www.galleryac.com

I don't know if it will be released here in Brazil, but if it will, I'll buy it.
I'd love to have the videos in good quality!
Is the booklet the same?

I'm excited for the delux edition! I've been watching "Europe 2 TV & Sequence SDP presentent: Feist-Trabendo Session" on You-Tube. A live set from Paris posted by "Headstrong Pictures". I've been wondering if theres any chance that audio will make its way to an album or itunes? The versions/recordings in that show are incredible!! Thanks!

Leslie, you said you were deceived by Open Seasons and that there would be no more remix releases... :-S
Hope you come back soon with some great new music

Fantastic!! This will be just enough to tide me over until you release a new album... but don't take too long! Come back to the Bay Area. We miss you!

I like the inclusion of the videos but remixes sort of annoy me - they're like using the Mona Lisa or Starry Night as part of a collage, subordinating the artist's vision for someone else's. Oh well, if you approve, OK then, but I'd rather have the live tracks that were bonuses abroad and some of the collaborations like Boomerang or Valentine (not to mention a re-release of Monarch!). Enjoy your well-deserved break, thanks for the awesome music and may the Muses continue to be kind to you.

Still wondering why bands release CDs. Why not just direct downloads?
Oh BTW: I have a Data Matrix Barcode Generator, maybe use that for offline promotion?
