Imagine you are at home, browsing the Internet on a Saturday morning. You visit "listentofeist.com" and suddenly you find out that Feist is acting a few kilometers away from where you are that same day. What would you do?

Well, that happened to me last Saturday and, even though I already had a ticket for Feist's concert in Madrid (where I will spend my Holidays), I did not hesitate: I rushed to the nearest train station and made my way to Festi'Neuch. Once there, I managed to get a centered place just in the second row. Wow, what a privilege!

The crowd waited for a while and then people started to get impatient and excited because we were getting behind schedule. Finally SHE showed up: dressed in black, white high heels shoes and a huge pair of sunglasses. At that precise moment, a group of teenage canadian girls who were standing just behind me they broke my heart... and my ears, crying like crazy. They did again when Feist asked if there was anyone from Canada in the tent. The public was ready and the show was about to begin!

Apart from Feist's hit singles, I was really impressed by the energy that the live versions of "Sea Lion Woman" and "Past in Present" irradiated. On the other hand, there was too much ambient noise for the slower songs. I really envy the people that have had the chance to listen to Feist in a smaller room.

One more thing against: in my opinion, this tour is criminal. Too many consecutive days in too many different places. Feist looked a bit stressed because of this and I really hope she can keep up her shape and, most of all, her wonderful voice for all the rest of it... Or at least until her performance in Madrid! See you all there! By the way, Feist, could you play "How my heart behaves" in Madrid, please? I missed it in Festi'Neuch... I promise I will get the chorus right!

PS: I am not sure but I think I saw Feist among the public afterwards, during Fantazio's concert. It would be strange because she had to play in Frankfurt the next day, but that girl really looked like her... In any case, I did not want to disturb her so I just enjoyed the concert and let her do the same (no matter whether it was really her or not). It was fun to think that Feist was side by side with me for a while anyway!

I was there too, in the second row as well, right in the middle, also in front of the Canadian girls with good voices... What a great concert !

I just wanted to apologize for the noisy public during the concert... It shamed me to think that people buy tickets for a concert, come under the tent and just don't listen, talking loudly. Especially when the sounds and the music are so "subtle".

And for the person who wrote the previous review : you might as well have seen HER among the public, as I saw one of her bearded and hatted muscians casually smoking a cigarette on the lake shore afterwards !

Thank you Feist
